He's a fantastic trainer with a brilliant teaching method. With his sessions I've built up confidence in the gym to ensure I keep coming back. He's helped me develop a routine that really worked for me personally and the goals that I'd set for myself.

Warren is a very technical trainer and his training methods suits all ages and fitness levels. He always incorporates something new to his schedules and provides feedback on minor adjustments to techniques which makes a lot of differences in the outcome of your training.
Would definitely recommend him to anyone whatever their level of fitness is.

I have been training with Warren for the last 4 months, 3 times a week.
He effectively tailored the sessions so that I could work around my injuries and slowly build supporting muscles. My recovery, gains and progress have been steady and visible. The training intensity was just right such that I want to go back to gym the next day. Working with Warren, I believe that I will always be motivated to be consistent with my workouts and integrate my fitness journey into my life seamlessly.

I love Warren and his effective PT sessions. He's set up a personal, tailored PT session for me and gives me solid guidance each step of the way. He guides me to up weights at the right time, making sure I'm keeping the correct form and giving me encouragement when I'm having a slow or lazy day!

I contacted Warren to assist with a fitness & weights programme. I was very impressed how he listened to me and asked questions around why I wanted to do it in a certain way & what motivated me. The next meeting he presented me with a written programme which could be amended to suit my needs. He then showed me how to put this plan in action and how the equipment worked.
He was very professional and was totally focused on me & my training needs. I enjoyed the way he motivated me and the relaxed nature in which he trains you.

He's a warm and friendly person and great trainer. He will help you achieve the goals you set. I find also Warren very helpful providing lots of knowledge around the types of exercises we do and little extras that we can do to get the most out of our workout.

I've trained with Warren for several years now. He's an excellent trainer! He's carefully build a training plan that is customised to my strengths and areas for improvement. He also asks for my feedback, such as exercises I'd like to do, or areas I'd like to work on, or how I'm feeling each time. We can make adjustments if needed.
He's helped me reach fitness goals. I've gained strength consistently. He keeps it interesting as we set new goals.

Warren is friendly, courteous, but also matches training to ability, and pushes you to achieve your goals. He takes the time to explain the science behind each exercise, of which there is plenty of variety.

One of Warren's strengths is in providing a session that is making the workouts interesting as well as challenging using new and varied techniques along with different types of fitness equipment. As I am over 50 and have relatively sedate lifestyle, the workout allows me to stay strong and improve flexibility.
