Martin W.

Before coming onboard with personal training, Martin had been a long-term gym member, and for years had been performing a similar exercise routine during each workout. 

In Martin’s words, he was very much “going through the motions” resulting in little progression or improvement to his physique. 

Within a short amount of time after we commenced working together, Martin was able to see considerable change in his physique (body fat reduction/enhanced muscle tone). 

Martin mostly puts his achievements down to the importance of performing exercises correctly, together with a broader exercise repertoire and structured routine. 

Nowadays wherever Martin goes he receives overwhelming comments from everyone he knows about how good he is looking with how much weight he has lost. He has become a prime example of what can be achieved when you feel you are going nowhere with your exercise plan.
